Cancellations
We only accept cancellations in very limited circumstances. Please contact us at hello@puzzlelogue.com


Returns
We do not offer returns. We only offer refunds for items purchased through the puzzlelogue.com website that are damaged upon arrival with photo proof of the damage. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of shipment. 

Please do not send your purchase back unless you have been instructed to do so by our Customer Service team.


Refunds
Refunds can only be issued to puzzlelogue.com orders if the product was purchased within 30 days of receipt. If you are approved for a refund, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
